What Therapy Looks Like With Me
My approach is to be a guide while you, your mind, and your body tell us where to go. We will go at your own pace. There is no rush. You decide the speed. I believe clients know themselves better than me. My job is to earn your trust so that you will trust me as you go through your healing journey. I am here to listen and not to judge. You are able to say no at any time or to communicate your needs safely. Therapy here focuses on understanding why you are struggling, not just managing symptoms. We will explore how early experiences shaped your current responses and work toward emotional flexibility, better relationships, and patterns that actually serve you.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few important exceptions required by law:
-
If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others
-
Suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
Court orders

For teens, I keep therapy confidential unless safety is a concern. We will discuss confidentiality and its limits in detail during your first session and in your intake paperwork.
