Experience

With over a decade of clinical experience across hospital, community, and outpatient settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic health challenges, and relationship difficulties. Before opening my private practice, I served in inpatient hospital care, group practice, and crisis response teams, as well as other specialized mental health roles. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with individuals, families, veterans, and first responders during times of crisis, recovery, and personal growth.
